Subject: It's April 27; Good Morning Union; Special Sabbath Edition

Good morning for our final Sabbath of the school year. May God richly bless you as you “Shabat” and enjoy the day with Him and your friends. Here’s how we’ll help:

“The Well” @ 10:30 in the Young Adult room of the church. This is Outreach Sabbath at The Well. Join us for our final time this school year as we do three outreach projects. See you at 10:40 in the Young Adult SS Room

IRR SS @ 10:40 in the Gear Room

Ortner SS @ 10:40 with Kayla Miller and Lauren Shields. Join them as they go over the adult Sabbath school lesson. All are welcome.

CVC 9:15 and Noon. Pastor Deneil will be sharing God’s word with us today.

SOS (Something on Sabbath) There is an interesting display that arrived in Lincoln yesterday. Go to Gateway Mall and see the visual presentation called “The F Word: stories of forgiveness.” Amazing stories from around the world about extreme examples of forgiveness. I heard one of the stories at the Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast a couple weeks ago. The man, whose father was murdered in a hate crime, reached out to a member of the murder’s hate group, befriended him, and they eventually joined forces to educate their city on the joy of forgiveness rather than hate. It’s all on display at Gateway Mall for the next three weeks, and it’s free.

V2 @ 8:00 will be a Malawi report by our IRR students who just returned from Africa. See you in Rees Hall Chapel for our final V2.

So have a blessed final Sabbath together,

Pastor Rich

Quote for the day:      He forgave their sin before they even committed it. He offered mercy before they even sought it.
