If you are unable to arrive Thursday, we recommend either another Preview Days or a Personalized Visit. We want to make sure you are able to experience our campus to the fullest, and because of the Preview Days schedule, it is best to arrive on Thursday in time for our Campus Tour beginning at 2 p.m.. If you arrive after business hours, you will not receive the college visit portion of Preview Days and will not be eligible for travel reimbursement.

Additional instructions for the previous question. The ACT test is optional, given in a 4 hour period and has a $50 cost. During Preview Days, it is given Sunday morning, starting at 8:00 AM. RESULTS ARE ONLY VALID AT UNION COLLEGE.

Travel & Lodging Information - Preview Days

Additional instructions for the previous question. Shuttle transportation is available to/from the Lincoln or Omaha airport, bus or train station. An itinerary will be needed at least 5 days prior to your arrival.




Additional instructions for the previous question. During the school year, students will stay in our residence halls with current Union students. Sponsors or family members will stay in the Ortner Center; if on-campus lodging is not available during your visit, arrangements will be made at a local hotel. Three nights of lodging is provided for a prospective student and 2 family members.

In order to be covered, reservations need to be made through Enrollment Services. You are welcome to stay extra nights at Union, but you may be responsible for any additional costs.

Waiver/Release Information under 19

I understand and agree that I am responsible for arranging my child's own health, accident, and liability insurance, and that no such insurance is provided by Union College.

I hereby authorize the employees and/or agents of Union College, at their sole discretion, to secure such medical advice and/or services as may be deemed necessary for my child's health and safety, and I agree to accept full financial responsibility for such advice or services.

Release and indemnification: On my behalf and on behalf of my child, and each of my and my child's heirs, executors, and administrators, and in exchange for and in consideration of Union College permitting my child to participate in this campus visit and related activities, I hereby assume all the risks of injury associated with this campus visit and related activities and agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Union College, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, and each of them (collectively the "releaseesÔÇØ) from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, negligence, claims or demands of any nature whatsoever that may arise by or in connection with my participation in this campus visit and related activities.

In signing this release, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agrees, understand it, and sign it voluntarily by my own free act and deed; and that i am at least nineteen (19) years of age and fully competent to execute this agreement.
